The hotel is ideally located for exploring the city, being very close to the Tuodi for supplies, but the rooms were quite basic and not as advertised, especially the sofa bed. The staff, however, were helpful and nice despite some issues with providing receipts. The location is excellent, perfect for sightseeing near the Colosseum, with easy parking nearby. The dining options were limited. Overall, the facilities were decent, though not exceptional.
Residence Maximus is a good choice with a perfect location extremely close to the Colosseum. The rooms are small but comfortable, suitable for a single person or a couple. The staff is friendly and quick to address any issues, making the stay enjoyable.
The hotel's rooms were basic but had everything needed, modern, and clean, serving as a great base for exploring the city. However, the cramping of space due to the conversion into a quadruple room and the limited moving space when using the sofa bed were notable downsides.
The hotel is in a convenient location, ideal for those wanting to be close to Colosseum and Termini. The rooms were on a mezzanine level, slightly challenging to access reception, and could get very hot, but the staff provided fans upon request. The communal coffee station in the hallway added a nice touch to the room.
The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, centrally located near major attractions. The communal coffee station in the hallway was convenient, but finding reception required a short walk. The cleanliness and ability to accommodate multiple guests with luggage were impressive.
